3. Plan Your Design
It’s time to combine your inspiration and your measurements, and get to designing! You can sketch by hand, or use our online 3D Planner – we step you through both options below.
All that our team needs is accurate measurements and a rough plan of what you’d like – they’ll be able to work through the details with you at your appointment, including any customisation. U-Install-It Kitchens cabinetry is customisable, meaning it works in your unique design!
The easiest way to start is to decide on what kind of kitchen renovation project you’re planning;
- A simple update while keeping the basic layout and form? This is the most cost effective way, as it will minimise any additional tradework required. If so, jump into designing your plan right away!
- A complete redesign; to increase size, or improve functionality, or add new elements like a pantry or dishwasher. If so, consider the layout that is best for you first. We have some common floorplans to help get you started.
4. Finalise
Your Design
Happy with your plan and design? It’s now time to meet with an experienced U-Install-It Consultant to review the finer details of your kitchen renovation.
This includes reviewing your plan, customising cabinetry sizes, and discussing colours and products.
It is also when our team will be able to arrange a quote for your project, and clarify any questions you may have about the product, services, or other details.
