How long will my order take?
The standard lead time is approximately 15-20 working days from the day we receive your order and deposit.
Do you deliver the cabinetry?
Yes, delivery within 40kms of the Adelaide CBD is included. We can offer delivery at an additional cost from 41-300km from the CBD. Cabinets are delivered to a carport or garage, not inside the house.
Can I pick up my order?
Given the size and volume of pre-assembled cabinetry, U-Install-It Kitchens only offer delivery. This keeps you safe, and saves you time.
Can U-Install-It Kitchens cabinets be supplied flatpacked?
Our manufacturing and production process is configured to produce pre-assembled cabinets to save customers time and money.
Is there a minimum purchase value?
Yes, the minimum purchase value is $750 AUD inc GST.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer the following payment methods:

At the time of placing the order we require 40% payment as a deposit with the final 60% to be paid prior to dispatch of goods.

Can I have some design assistance?
Our staff will be happy to look over your design and give you feedback on what will and won’t work and point you in the right direction. The final design will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Do your provide a measure and/or installation service?
We do not provide a measure or installation service for our cabinetry and laminate benchtop ranges. Our products are designed to be simple to plan and install yourself. Check out our How-To Guides for step-by-step instructions.
Our solid surface benchtops and glass splashback products must be installed by a qualified professional. Installation for these two product ranges is included.
