We offer two packaging options options for you to choose from at the time of placing your order: Pre-Assembled or Flatpacked.

Pre-Assembled

+ Takes the hassle out of assembly
+ Saves you time when doing the installation
- May cause problems fitting through existing doorways

Flatpacked

+ Easily transported
+ Easy to get cabinets and parts into your house
- Need to assemble cabinets yourself on-site

DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR

We offer a safe, reliable and secure delivery service across the Adelaide metropolitan area.
Delivery prices beyond 40km of the Adelaide CBD are priced on request.

Our delivery service includes unloading your products on the ground level at the front of your property. Our preference is to unload your products into a garage or similar. Where possible we do not like to enter the customer’s home in the attempt to avoid damage to the customer’s home.

Ensure that someone is available at the delivery site when our truck arrives to ensure the products are received safely and securely. It is our policy to not leave products unattended when delivering.

When collecting your U-Install-It products please bring an appropriate vehicle and blankets / padding and tie-down ropes to safely transport the products to their destination.
Our warranty does not cover any damage that may be caused when picking up goods yourself.
