Can I have some design assistance?
Our staff will be happy to look over your design and give you feedback on what will and won’t work and point you in the right direction. The final design will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment methods
- Direct Funds Transfer (our preferred option)
- Cash
- Credit Card (Norwood only)
How long does it take my order to be ready?
Our goal is to have your order ready within 13 days from the day we receive your order and deposit.
How difficult is the process for people with no experience?
Generally, people who are installing their own kitchens should have a basic understanding of how a kitchen should be put together. Ideally you should be capable of using tools such as a power drill, a level, a tape measure, hammer, rubber mallett and a jigsaw (for sink cut-outs) to install your kitchen.
At U-Install-It we do offer the option of pre-assembled or flatpack cabinets (at no extra cost) so to take some of the time and hassle out, you can always go for the pre-assembled option. Should you opt for flatpack cabinets we provide a step-by-step “Cabinet Assembly Construction Guide” booklet to assist you.
